The Amy Awards are the most prestigious digital industry awards in Australia. Now in its 23rd year, the AMY's celebrate our industry
and reward the best and most brilliant work – and people – from it.
Winners were announced at the Digirati Party in Melbourne on Friday 7 July 2017. A total of 37 awards and 18 highly commended trophies
were given out in total, including a surprise award Most Outstanding Contribution to Matt Griffin, Chair of Judges for this
year’s AMY awards and CEO of Deepend Group. Nima Yassini presented Griffin with the award and during his speech recognised
him for his contribution to the industry over the years which has helped put Australia on the map and inspired other Australians
to continue to create exceptional work.
